- The warehouse is subject to strikes, labor disputes, fires, floods, acts of God and/or other events beyond the control of AGENXIA, LLC.
- AGENXIA, LLC reserves the right to change a style, if that provides a technical improvement.
- All payments must be made in US Dollars and received in advance or at point of receipt. When delivered to freight forwarders, these will be considered the point of receipt.
- Wire Transfers (an additional $50.00 USD fee applies). When using a non-USA bank, please ensure if it uses an intermediary for transfers into an USA bank. Usually, additional charges are applied and AGENXIA, LLC will not be responsible for such additional fees.
- Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms hereof. A finance charge of 2% per month (ANNUAL RATE OF 24%) is applied to the unpaid balance for all past due accounts.
- Customers incur all shipping and delivery fees.
- United States Postal Office (USPS), UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Beginning on June 1, 2015, the standard mileage rates for delivery will be: .60 cents per mile driven.
- All sales are final and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
- No cancellations are accepted after orders have been processed.
- Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed for merchandise with factory defects.
- Shipping costs for all return items must be paid by customer.
- All returns must include a Return Authorization form (RA). Please contact us for a RA. Returns without a return authorization form will be declined and shipped back to sender.
- All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Damage/defect claims made after 5 days receipt will not be honored.
- A 15% restocking fee applies for items returned without original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee applies for shipped orders refused or unaccepted by the customer.
